Learn about the secrets of this ancient drink closely linked to the Basque territory, its culture and gastronomy. You will visit the apple orchards, the winery farmhouses, the production areas, the cellars and of course, you will taste natural cider from the house as we Basques do: in the bottle and through the “Txotx” ritual, directly from the vats, accompanied by a traditional cider house menu. Children’s menus and special menus are also offered.
